Title: Fresh Garden Pesto

Yield: 1 Batch

2cFresh Basil; or up to 3 cups
1/2cOlive oil
5clGarlic; or as many as 6
1cGrated Romano cheese

Put basil leaves, olive oil and garlic into a food processor. Process ingredients until garlic and basil are finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Blend in cheese.
