Yield: 1 Batch

2	c	Fresh Basil; or up to 3 cups
1/2	c	Olive oil
5	cl	Garlic; or as many as 6
1	c	Grated Romano cheese

Put basil leaves, olive oil and garlic into a food processor. Process ingredients until garlic and basil are finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Blend in cheese.
